hide and seek in the landslide

It was such a noisy nightmare, when my sleep get disturbed by the disaster sounds, plus with the helicopters flying around our residential area. It was about 2.30 or 3.00 in the early morning, when my mother heard some sounds come from the outside. But we just took it easy. Suddenly when my grandma woke me up at 3 am or 4 am maybe, I found that our house was black out of electricity. There were no electricity supply at our area. I was getting mad of it, then I managed to continue sleeping that time. No longer, I woke up myself at 5.00 because the fan were not working, and I just felt like uhhh~ what a bad sleep. During that hours, we still didn't get it, what was happen outside there until we went out for a morning walk at 7 am. I saw a very badly damage houses caused by the landslide that happened freshly a few hours before. I saw a croud of people was standing beside the landslide holding camera for each person, capturing some photos and some of them were recording videos of the disaster. Well~ it was Saturday, December 6 when the massive lanslide occured. A total of 93 victims have been rescued, and the other 5 were found died. The operation of rescuing peoples were made and those who have been evacuated were sent to Sekolah Kebangsaan Ulu Klang. The landslide cut off access by the main road to the residential areas at Bukit Antarabangsa, trapping hundreds of residents. The affected area were 14 houses in Jalan Bukit Mewah and Jalan Mewah Utama and some of abandoned houses located at Jalan Wangsa (located on the hill that slides).






Luckily our house wasn't affected by the landslide but the only thing we can not travel out of our residential area by car.
